My main concern is not with photography as such. The camera for me is just a useful way of capturing fugitive experience, those brief moments when the play of shadow and light makes you stop and stare. Now, due to the ease of digital photography, I can capture light effects that please me and share them with others.   The camera is also an invaluable tool for documenting the 3D work that I do with card and tissue. Sometimes the photos transcend the original work and become of interest in themselves. I am planning to extend this idea and create objects which are designed, not as complete works, but as scenes to be photographed.
